INSocial Risk Advisors is a growth oriented independent insurance agency trying to do insurance different! Representing different insurance companies, we help businesses and families buy the insurance they need. We are focused on creating a smooth digital customer experience and providing value beyond an insurance policy.

Description & Requirements

As the Risk Advisor, you will work closely with your assistant to connect business owners looking for insurance to the insurance carriers who can insure them.  You are responsible for talking to the potential client from the moment they contact us seeking new insurance, to when they become a client.

Compensation
  • Salary: $38,000 – $60,000 annually
  • Commission: 15-30%
  • Team/Individual bonus and profit-sharing potential
Purpose
  • Help business owners find the insurance they need to protect their business
Duties
  • Build and develop relationships with business owners that are seeking to protect their business 
  • Advise and educate business owners on what types of insurance they need
  • Connect business owners with the insurance they need
  • Work with your assistant to
    • Match the business owner with the suitable insurance carrier
    • Create a smooth onboarding process for the client 
  • Utilize technology to be efficient in the day to day
  • Maintain and execute a strong follow-up system 
Requirements
  • Ability to develop relationships using video chat, phone call, email, etc. 
  • High energy and a self-starter 
  • Interested in learning how insurance impacts every business 
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone 
  • Skilled in using technology such as a CRM, Microsoft Office, etc. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Property & Casualty Licensed (can be completed after an offer is made)
Description & Requirements

INSocial Risk Advisors is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the agency’s brand and drive the agency’s marketing strategies and initiatives forward. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and passionate about branding and marketing and has a proven track record of success.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and tactics to support new business development and client retention through client communications. They will create digital and print content in the form of webinars, blog posts, landing pages, presentations, emails, flyers, graphics, and more to equip and empower the team with what they need to create new opportunities and support their clients.

Compensation

  • Team/Individual bonus and profit-sharing potential
Purpose
  • Build the INSocial brand, attract new clients, and help retain current clients
Duties/Responsibilities
    • Develop print and digital content (webinars, blog posts, landing pages, presentations, emails, flyers, video, graphics, etc.) to support the team with new business development and client communications.
    • Manage social media channels: Create and distribute content, engage with followers and connect with target audiences aligned to our niche.
    • Build captivating, brand-aligned graphics for social media, email marketing, web and print mediums.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for various target audiences. 
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and initiatives by reporting data monthly, and explore alternative strategies in areas that aren’t driving results.
    • Explore and determine areas where marketing/communication processes can be automated without sacrificing the client experience.
    • Assist and collaborate with team members on marketing projects as needed.
       
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, PR, or relevant field
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media marketing
    • Proven abilities in content creation, marketing, and graphic design
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
    • Experience working with software/tools such as Canva, Adobe, Office 365, and other editing tools.
