INSocial Risk Advisors is a growth oriented independent insurance agency trying to do insurance different! Representing different insurance companies, we help businesses and families buy the insurance they need. We are focused on creating a smooth digital customer experience and providing value beyond an insurance policy.

Description & Requirements

As the Risk Advisor, you will work closely with your assistant to connect business owners looking for insurance to the insurance carriers who can insure them.  You are responsible for talking to the potential client from the moment they contact us seeking new insurance, to when they become a client.

  • Commission: 15-30%
  • Team/Individual bonus and profit-sharing potential
  • Help business owners find the insurance they need to protect their business
  • Build and develop relationships with business owners that are seeking to protect their business 
  • Advise and educate business owners on what types of insurance they need
  • Connect business owners with the insurance they need
  • Work with your assistant to
    • Match the business owner with the suitable insurance carrier
    • Create a smooth onboarding process for the client 
  • Utilize technology to be efficient in the day to day
  • Maintain and execute a strong follow-up system 
  • Ability to develop relationships using video chat, phone call, email, etc. 
  • High energy and a self-starter 
  • Interested in learning how insurance impacts every business 
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone 
  • Skilled in using technology such as a CRM, Microsoft Office, etc. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Property & Casualty Licensed (can be completed after an offer is made)
Description & Requirements

The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the agency’s overall marketing and advertising efforts both externally and internally. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with some experience in marketing/advertising. They must be very technically proficient and skilled with social media.
