Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will primarily be responsible for coordinating client accounts from quoting through policy issuance. They will work closely with the INSocial Sales/Service team to facilitate information collection and relay to our different insurance company vendors. Then they’ll work with the insurance company underwriters to procure and organize the quotes to then pass back to the INSocial team member. They will also be the main point of contact for our insurance company marketing reps and will be the gatekeeper of their products to understand where our clients are a best fit. This position must be organized, detailed oriented, technologically proficient and be able to work independently.

Duties

Project Coordination

  • Follow client accounts internal processes from lead through policy issuance
  • Facilitate internal aspects of an account’s life cycle & ensure all is completed in a timely manner
  • Work directly with producer, service team & carriers keeping tasks timely and complete

Quoting

  • Take client information and quote with proper carriers
  • Understand carrier appetite and contacts
  • Use proper forms for quote submissions
  • Communicate with producer on status
  • Document the carriers approached and their respective response and pricing

Retention

  • Facilitate flow of information with producer to ensure timely renewal proposal
  • Re-market customer’s accounts if needed with other carriers (understanding carrier appetite)
  • Follow policies/procedures/workflows to ensure proper documentation and client database management
  • Assist partners with niche specific projects as needed

Key Result Areas:

  • Quote to issue rate
  • 0 – E&O Claims
  • EPIC documentation of carrier quoting results
  • 4 lines of coverage per customer
  • Promote the agency’s T.E.A.M. values, vision, mission, culture, and goals

Compensation

  • Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 annually
  • Variable and monthly bonus potential
  • Referral Bonus and X-Sell Commission
  • Team/Individual bonus and profit-sharing potential
