Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing our marketing system both externally and internally. You’re a great fit for this role if you have broad marketing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  

Your work will be instrumental in helping accelerate agency growth across all areas of our business. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple niches with a focus on executing innovative marketing initiatives for both our prospects and our clients. 

As a Marketing Manager, you will support leadership and our sales team with research, content creation, marketing execution, analysis, and optimization for various marketing strategies. 

What You’ll Do at INSocial Risk Advisors: 

  • Manage and drive the day-to-day marketing initiatives across various marketing channels including Agency Zoom, Applied Marketing Automation, Website, Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn 
  • Build and execute a content strategy and content calendar for our agency website, email marketing / communications, and social media channels 
  • Create graphics and marketing collateral for social media, presentations, proposals, flyers, brochures, etc. 
  • Create and distribute quarterly client newsletters and ongoing client communications 
  • Plan, host, and attend internal and external agency events (virtual and in-person)  
  • Maintain agency website and create landing pages as needed 
  • Build and execute client retention and referral strategy 
  • Plan, implement, test, and measure multi-channel media marketing campaigns to drive inbound opportunities 
  • Help team maintain brand standards and brand presence across all client, community, and prospect interactions 
  • Collaborate with sales team consistently to ensure marketing plan is complementing sales activity 
  • Work with appropriate team member(s) on projects like Key Account Services, New Client Onboarding, etc. 
  • Build an internal communications plan to keep the team informed and trained on various marketing initiatives  
  • Assist partners with projects as needed 
  • Rapidly iterate marketing strategy based on data 
  • Assist partners  

You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years of professional marketing experience 
  • Broad marketing knowledge and expertise preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience or education in marketing / sales 
  • Familiarity with graphic design, social media marketing, email marketing, website management 
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and evaluate marketing performance across multiple channels 
  • Strong creative skills to produce engaging and compelling content 
  • Ability to identify trends and insights  
  • Adept at juggling many projects at once with revenue goals in mind 
  • Team player adhering to company values with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • $40,000 – $55,000, depending on experience and expertise 
  • Team/Individual bonus and profit-sharing potential
